Here is where weapons and other wares can be bought or the forge and the other stations can be used by anyone who knows what they're doing.

Rijja had left the Riverwood Trader with Hjortr and led the way to the smith. She really didn't know her way around the little town, but the place was hard to miss with strong scent of the forge telling of its location. "Shoot, what were you needing here again?" she asked Hjortr as she had already forgotten what it was that they needed from the blacksmith. So much for her finger list helping her remember their list.

"Weapons need sharpening," he said, "unless your blades are alright. I know mine are duller than rose petals." Seeing that the blacksmith was already outside, he climbed the creaky, wooden steps to the porch that wrapped around the house. The blacksmith looked up from his bench to the customers and made an acknowledging nod. "Greetings. What can I do for the two of you?" Hjortr pulled his sword out of its sheath and held it up to him. "I need some things sharpened."

She gave him a brief pouty look since she felt she could sharpen their weapons just as well for no cost, but she lost the pout and decided to just let the man sharpen her blades as well since Hjortr was apparently in a spending mood. "I suppose I do as well," she said as she pulled out her war axes and offered them to the smith as well.

Hjortr knew she could sharpen them herself, but he wanted today to be passed in idle leisure, since on the morrow they would be out riding with cranky merchants and snobbish prigs for the next day, perhaps two or three. He was looking forward to the pay off but not the adventure, what little adventure there would probably be. So he figured spending extra cash to stay fat and lazy so they might enjoy this day was good enough for him.

It was the opposite for Rijja when it came to the next few days. She was looking incredibly forward to the potential adventure, the possibility of snobbish merchants not really bothering her. She really didn't like towns and couldn't think of much they had to offer her when it came to pleasuring her, but she was willing to be well behaved and at least pretend to be enjoying herself somewhat so that Hjortr could have a leisurely and pleasant day since he seemed to be fond of what towns had to offer.

The blacksmith nodded to them and examined their weapons, taking each and turning them over, feeling down the blades, running his finger over the tips. Then he set them on the bench as he finished, and turned back to them. "A good honing runs six a piece." Hjortr nodded and handed the man the money. "We'll pick them up later," Hjortr said to the blacksmith.

Rijja gave Hjortr a horrified look. When he said 'we'll pick them up later', all she heard was 'we'll just leave our precious babies in the rough hands of a complete stranger for several agonizing hours'. She hated being parted from her precious axes. Sure she still had her sword and dagger, but they just weren't the same. She instantly regretted letting the Smith be paid to sharpen her axes.

"Don't worry about it," Hjortr said, putting a hand on her arm as he pulled her back to the streets. "They'll be fine, and so will we. Just try to relax some, alright?"

Rijja could only frown as she dragged her heels like a dead-weight. She let out a groan as Hjortr had to pull her away. She thought about just making him carry her as she let out a groan when he told her to relax.
